Ingredients:

1 cup Vital wheat gluten
3 tablespoons Nutritional yeast
1⁄2 cup Vegetable broth
¼ cup Soy sauce
1 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions:

1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients.
2. Roll out the dough as thin as you can and slice into desired portions.
