Ingredients:

Amount Ingredient
½ Head Cauliflower
3⁄4 cup All-purpose flour
1 cup Water
1 tablespoon Garlic powder
1 tablespoon Vegan butter
3⁄4 cup Buffalo wing sauce

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 450ºF.
2. Cover a baking sheet with oil.
3. Cut/break cauliflower into bite sized pieces.
4. Mix flour, water and garlic powder in a bowl. Then mix in cauliflower bites.
5. Line baking sheet with covered cauliflower bites and bake for 20 minutes.
6. Heat up butter and mix in a bowl with the buffalo wing sauce.
7. Cover cauliflower bites with hot sauce mixture and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
