Ingredients:

16 oz Extra firm tofu
2 tablespoons Cornstarch
1 tablespoon Sesame oil

For the Sauce:

Amount Ingredient
1⁄4 cup Soy sauce
2 tablespoons Water
1⁄2 teaspoon Rice wine vinegar
2 teaspoons Cornstarch
1 1⁄2 teaspoons Chilli garlic sauce
2 teaspoons Honey

Instructions:

1. Press tofu for 30 minutes.
2. Slice tofu into cubes and cover all pieces with cornstarch.
3. Add sesame oil to a pan and brown the tofu cubes on all sides over medium heat.
4. Mix together the ingredients for the sauce.
5. Once the tofu has browned and crisped, coat the tofu with the sauce and heat for 5 minutes.
